Organic Grape syrup
Traditional concentrate fresh must from grapes. Petimezi is a thick syrup with a dark color which is produced by boiling the must. It is mainly used as a sweetener for the production of sweet and sour dishes, for salad dressings instead of vinegar or lemon, as topping in pastry sweets (eg in ice cream, yogurt, donuts) and in various drinks instead of sugar.
It is rich in Vitamin B6, potassium, magnesium, manganese and iron. It does not contain preservatives, colorants, sugar and is kept out of the refrigerator for a long time.
